**The Role**

Are you someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is exceptionally organised, and adept at juggling various tasks seamlessly?

If so, we have the perfect role for you. This multifaceted position offers you the chance to be a key player in our team. While we’ll provide training across all aspects of the role, prior knowledge in sales and purchase ledger functions is a valuable asset.

**What You’ll Do**

  • Advancing sales orders for our valued customers, managing their expectations, and ensuring orders are fulfilled as promised.
  • Progressing purchase orders with our suppliers to guarantee timely deliveries.
  • Handling goods received notes, meticulously verifying goods against purchase orders, and processing essential documents for our dispatch department.
  • Facilitating communication with domestic and international couriers for smooth import and export of consignments.
  • Providing invaluable support to our dedicated sales team when they need it most.
  • Collaborating with our Credit Controller to ensure timely and accurate invoicing, keeping our sales ledger up to date.
  • Occasional support for our purchase ledger function, including processing purchase invoices.
  • Tackling general office administration tasks, including filing and maintaining office organisation.
  • Being the friendly voice on the other end of the phone, handling ad hoc inquiries, and directing calls when necessary.

  • A standard workweek of 37 hours, Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 17:00, and Friday until 16:30 with a 1-hour lunch break.
